Our Style
Fellowship of the Rockies music, drama and media are contemporary in style and designed to connect with an audience that is increasingly responsive to multi-sensory presentation.

Areas of opportunity in the Worship Ministry:
~Celebration Choir: Open to anyone who loves Jesus and loves to sing. The choir sings every Sunday in both the 9:00 and 10:45 a.m. service. You can commit to sing in either or both services.
~Praise Team: You must audition for this and sing on a rotating schedule.
~Drama: Drama team members serve on an as-needed basis and must commit to rehearsal and performance times upon being cast for a part.
~Sound-Tech: You must have knowledge of operating sound equipment and mixing for instruments and vocals.
~Lighting/Multi Media: You must have computer skills and a basic knowledge of electronics.
*If you are interested in sound/lighting/multi-media and are willing to learn, we can train you in these areas.

Worship Ministry Facts:

Choir members sing in Sunday services every week.
Instrumentalists serve on a rotation.
Vocal Team members serve on a rotation singing on the praise team 2 weeks a month and then filling a spot in the choir one week.
Worship Team rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 7:45p.m. Rehearse Sunday mornings at 8 a.m and sound check before services begin.
When needed, rehearsal times are extended and additional rehearsals are scheduled. (This is the exception, not the rule!)
Drama Team members serve on an as-needed basis and commit to rehearsal and performance times upon being cast.

~When something or someone bothers you, go to them and take care of it with the attitude of Christ.
~Choose to be flexible.
~Maintain a positive presence, whether on stage or behind the scenes.
~Dress appropriately and accordingly.
~Keep your commitment! Be available when you're scheduled.
